With all the technology available to business owners, there really is no need to have to send documents through the snail mail to get a signature, or to send a fax to show someone your marked up changes to a printed document, or to have a client sign a proposal and scan it, save it as a PDF, and email it back for a second signature only to be printed, signed and faxed back again! Let’s stop the madness and save everyone a lot of time and money and also save the plant by printing less paper.
